Ingredients

  • 1 tin Tuna, drained
  • 40ml Mayonnaise
  • ¾ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¾ tsp Capers
  • ¾ tsp Lemon Juice
  • ¾ tsp Fresh Dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ jar Tomato, chilli, garlic pesto
  • 4 Sourdough Bread
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Red Onion, Sliced
  • Lettuce
  • Avo, sliced

Method

  1. Blend the Tuna, Mayonnaise, Capers, Lemon Juice, Fresh Dill and season to taste.
  2. Toast the bread in a pan
  3. Assemble the sarmie with the lettuce, tomato and onion first.
  4. Then top with Tuna mix and Avo.
  5. Spread the Pesto onto 2 slices of the toast and top the sandwich.
