Ingredients
- 1 tin Tuna, drained
- 40ml Mayonnaise
- ¾ tsp Dijon mustard
- ¾ tsp Capers
- ¾ tsp Lemon Juice
- ¾ tsp Fresh Dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ jar Tomato, chilli, garlic pesto
- 4 Sourdough Bread
- Tomato, sliced
- Red Onion, Sliced
- Lettuce
- Avo, sliced
Method
- Blend the Tuna, Mayonnaise, Capers, Lemon Juice, Fresh Dill and season to taste.
- Toast the bread in a pan
- Assemble the sarmie with the lettuce, tomato and onion first.
- Then top with Tuna mix and Avo.
- Spread the Pesto onto 2 slices of the toast and top the sandwich.
