Cook time: 15- 20 minutes 

Ingredients 

  • 2 Salmon fillets about 200g each 
  • 90 ml Sundried Tomato Pesto 
  • Asparagus  
  • 15ml butter 
  • Skinny French fries 

Method 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C 
  2. Oil your baking tray 
  3. Place your fish fillets onto the pan and top with the pesto 
  4. Spread the pesto so it covers the entire fillet  
  5. Place in a preheated oven and bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes   
  6. While the fish is baking, cook the skinny fries in the air fryer and fry the asparagus in a pan with butter
