Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets about 200g each
- 90 ml Sundried Tomato Pesto
- Asparagus
- 15ml butter
- Skinny French fries
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200C
- Oil your baking tray
- Place your fish fillets onto the pan and top with the pesto
- Spread the pesto so it covers the entire fillet
- Place in a preheated oven and bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes
- While the fish is baking, cook the skinny fries in the air fryer and fry the asparagus in a pan with butter
