Ingredients

 

Matcha

8-10 Strawberries, finely diced

3 tbsp Goldcrest Lavendar and Chamomile infused Honey

1 tsp Matcha

1 cup Milk of your choice

½ cup cream ( dairy or coconut)

 

Method

  1. Macerate strawberries in Goldcrest Lavendar and Chamomile honey and leave overnight
  2. Whisk together matcha and ½ cup hot water
  3. In a small jug, pour 1-2 tbsp of the strawberry syrup form the macerated strawberries in. Then add the cream and use a milk frother to whisk to a thick soft peak consistency
  4. Place a ½ cup of strawberries into the bottom of each glass
  5. Fill the glasses with ice
  6. Pour in 1/cup milk into each glass
  7. Pour in the Matcha
  8. Top with the strawberry cream
