Ingredients
Matcha
8-10 Strawberries, finely diced
3 tbsp Goldcrest Lavendar and Chamomile infused Honey
1 tsp Matcha
1 cup Milk of your choice
½ cup cream ( dairy or coconut)
Method
- Macerate strawberries in Goldcrest Lavendar and Chamomile honey and leave overnight
- Whisk together matcha and ½ cup hot water
- In a small jug, pour 1-2 tbsp of the strawberry syrup form the macerated strawberries in. Then add the cream and use a milk frother to whisk to a thick soft peak consistency
- Place a ½ cup of strawberries into the bottom of each glass
- Fill the glasses with ice
- Pour in 1/cup milk into each glass
- Pour in the Matcha
- Top with the strawberry cream
