Ingredients  

  • 4 slices Rye bread 
  • 30ml Goldcrest Sundried Tomato pesto  
  • 20ml Butter 
  • 4 slices Emmenthal cheese 
  • 12 slices Pastrami  
  • 60ml Sauerkraut

Method  

  1. To make your sarmies, start by buttering the outside of your rye slices 
  2. On the opposite side to your butter assemble the sarmies by first spreading on the Goldcrest Sundried Tomato Pesto 
  3. Next top with one slice of cheese, then the 6 slices of pastrami 
  4. Then spoon 30ml Sauerkraut and finally top with the second cheese slice  
  5. Toast in a pan or toaster press until golden and the cheese is melted 
  6. Serve with crisps
