Ingredients
- 4 slices Rye bread
- 30ml Goldcrest Sundried Tomato pesto
- 20ml Butter
- 4 slices Emmenthal cheese
- 12 slices Pastrami
- 60ml Sauerkraut
Method
- To make your sarmies, start by buttering the outside of your rye slices
- On the opposite side to your butter assemble the sarmies by first spreading on the Goldcrest Sundried Tomato Pesto
- Next top with one slice of cheese, then the 6 slices of pastrami
- Then spoon 30ml Sauerkraut and finally top with the second cheese slice
- Toast in a pan or toaster press until golden and the cheese is melted
- Serve with crisps
