- 2 slices sourdough or rye bread
- 30 ml butter
- 60 ml GOLDCREST Onion and Black Garlic Relish
- Rocket leaves
- 2 – 3 slices rare roast beef
- 4 slices avocado
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 60 ml grated mature Cheddar
- Butter both slices of bread.
- Spread 1 slice generously with relish.
- Top with rocket, rare roast beef, tomato and cheese.
- Place the other slice on top.
- Serve immediately.
Use sliced Camembert or Brie instead of Cheddar and replace the beef with smoked ham.
