Ingredients  

  • 700g Baby Potatoes 
  • 1 x 140g jar Goldcrest Basil Pesto  
  • Salt & Pepper 
  • Chopped Red Onion 
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zes

Method  

  1. Half baby potatoes before boiling in salted water.  
  2. Once tender, allow to cool slightly.  
  3. Add a jar of Goldcrest Basil Pesto and mix through to ensure every potato is coated  
  4. Sprinkle with lemon zest, freshly ground black pepper and serve
