Ingredients
- 700g Baby Potatoes
- 1 x 140g jar Goldcrest Basil Pesto
- Salt & Pepper
- Chopped Red Onion
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Zes
Method
- Half baby potatoes before boiling in salted water.
- Once tender, allow to cool slightly.
- Add a jar of Goldcrest Basil Pesto and mix through to ensure every potato is coated
- Sprinkle with lemon zest, freshly ground black pepper and serve
