Peanut Butter Energy Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Oats
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup GOLDCREST Pure Honey
- 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Roll into balls
- Eat immediately or store them in the fridge for the ultimate mid day snack.
