Serves 6 (as a starter) 

 

Ingredients 

 

  • 6 tins Goldcrest Smoked Oysters 
  • 1 pack creamed spinach, 200g  
  • 100g bacon bits 
  • 100g Mozzarella cheese 
  • 50g Parmesan cheese 
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice 
  • 1 tsp White wine vinegar 
  • ½ Salt 
  • ¼ Black pepper 
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika 
  • ½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs 
  • Chopped parsley for garnish 

 

 

Method 

 

  1. Open the Goldcrest Smoked Oyster tins and drain the oil, keeping the oysters in the tin 
  1. Fry the bacon bits until crispy and mix into the creamed spinach 
  1. Mix together the panko crumbs, salt and pepper and paprika 
  1. To assemble, place spoonfuls of spinach and bacon mixture over the Goldcrest Smoked Oysters in the tin 
  1. Then sprinkle over the panko crumbs and the 2 different cheeses 
  1. Place into the air fryer for 5 – 10 minutes or until golden.  
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley
