Ingredients
- 1 Ciabatta loaf
- 90ml Goldcrest Basil pesto
- 8 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 100g sliced salami
- 60ml olives, chopped
- 60ml roasted peppers
- 20g rocket
Method
- To assemble the Muffaletta, slice the ciabatta lengthways
- Spread the Goldcrest Basil Pesto on both sides of the bread
- Layer the remaining ingredients to your liking
- Wrap the sarmie in greaseproof paper and store in the fridge overnight.
- To serve allow to come to room temperature before slicing
