Ingredients 

  • 1 Ciabatta loaf 
  • 90ml Goldcrest Basil pesto  
  • 8 slices Mozzarella cheese 
  • 100g sliced salami 
  • 60ml olives, chopped  
  • 60ml roasted peppers 
  • 20g rocket 

Method 

  1. To assemble the Muffaletta, slice the ciabatta lengthways
  2. Spread the Goldcrest Basil Pesto on both sides of the bread
  3. Layer the remaining ingredients to your liking
  4. Wrap the sarmie in greaseproof paper and store in the fridge overnight.
  5. To serve allow to come to room temperature before slicing
