Ingredients:
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 125ml almond or oat milk
- ¼ cup wholegrain oats
- 1 Tbsp almond nut butter
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or paste
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp Goldcrest Honey
- Pinch sea salt
Toppings:
- Sliced banana
- Muesli of choice
- Goldcrest Honey
Method:
- In a blender combine banana, almond milk, oats, nut butter, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, Goldcrest Honey and salt.
- Puree until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl.
- Add toppings as desired… A few slices of fresh banana, a sprinkle of muesli and an extra drizzle of honey. Serve right away and enjoy!
