Ingredients:

  • 1 large banana, frozen
  • 125ml almond or oat milk 
  • ¼ cup wholegrain oats
  • 1 Tbsp almond nut butter
  • 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or paste 
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Goldcrest Honey
  • Pinch sea salt 

Toppings:

  • Sliced banana
  • Muesli of choice
  • Goldcrest Honey 

Method:

  1. In a blender combine banana, almond milk, oats, nut butter, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, Goldcrest Honey and salt. 
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Pour smoothie into a bowl.
  4. Add toppings as desired… A few slices of fresh banana, a sprinkle of muesli and an extra drizzle of honey. Serve right away and enjoy!
