Mango Mousse


  • 1 can GOLDCREST Mango Slices
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup Icing Sugar
  • 10g Gelatin
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 250 ml Cream


Blend together mango slices, lemon juice, and icing sugar. Dissolve gelatine in water and stir into mango mixture. Gently fold in whipped cream and pour into glasses. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
