Ingredients:
- 500 ml plain double cream yoghurt
- 125 ml GOLDCREST Honey
- 250 ml granola
- Any of the following fruit combinations:
- Blueberries, raspberries and pistachios or almonds
- Sliced strawberries and kiwi and pistachios and almonds
- Sliced kiwi and mango and coconut flakes
- Extra GOLDCREST Pure Honey for drizzling
Method:
- Spoon the yoghurt into 4 small bowls or glasses.
- Drizzle the honey over.
- Top with granola and a fruit combination of your choice.
- Drizzle with more honey just before serving.
