Honey Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
- 300g butter (soft)
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup GOLDCREST Pure Honey
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 3 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 Cups flour (sifted)
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 Cup milk
Method:
- Cream the butter, sugar and honey together. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared bundt cake tin. Bake for 45min at 180ºC or until a fork inserted comes out clean.Allow to cool before glazing.
