Honey Bundt Cake


  • 300g butter (soft)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup GOLDCREST Pure Honey
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 Cups flour (sifted)
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 Cup milk


  1. Cream the butter, sugar and honey together. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a prepared bundt cake tin. Bake for 45min at 180ºC or until a fork inserted comes out clean.Allow to cool before glazing.
