Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 500g Portabellini Mushrooms
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup Safari Balsamic Vinegar
- 20ml Goldcrest Honey
- 1 tbsp finely chopped or minced Garlic
- Italian Parsley, Chopped, for garnish
Method
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over a medium high heat.
- Add the mushrooms and seasoning and cook until the mushrooms are golden and cooked through.
- Pour in the balsamic, honey and minced garlic and stir to combine.
- Cook for 5 minutes, until the sauce reduces.
- Served with loads of fresh Italian parsley for garnish
