Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500g Portabellini Mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup Safari Balsamic Vinegar
  • 20ml Goldcrest Honey
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped or minced Garlic
  • Italian Parsley, Chopped, for garnish

Method

  1. In a pan, heat the olive oil over a medium high heat.
  2. Add the mushrooms and seasoning and cook until the mushrooms are golden and cooked through.
  3. Pour in the balsamic, honey and minced garlic and stir to combine.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes, until the sauce reduces.
  5. Served with loads of fresh Italian parsley for garnish
