Goldcrest Granadilla Mojito

Makes 1 cocktail

  • 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
  • 50ml fresh lime juice
  • 50ml simple syrup
  • 50ml white rum
  • 2Tbsp Goldcrest Granadilla Pulp
  • Soda water


  1. Place a handful of mint leaves in a tall highball style glass.
  2. Add lime juice, simple syrup and rum. Muddle well.
  3. Layer crushed ice and dollops of Goldcrest Granadilla Pulp. Stir everything together.
  4. Top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig.
