Ingredients 

  • 4 flour wraps 
  • 90ml Goldcrest Tomato Garlic Chili Pesto  
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded 
  • 60ml olives, chopped  
  • 60ml fried red onion 
  • 20g rocket 

Method 

  1. To assemble the pinwheels.  
  2. Spread the wrap with Goldcrest Tomato Garlic Chili Pesto 
  3. Top with shredded chicken, chopped olives, fried red onion and rocket 
  4. Next roll up the wrap to make a sausage, leaving the ends open.  
  5. Slice the sausage into 2cm thick pinwheels and skewer with toothpicks to secure.  
  6. Served on platter and garnish with micro herbs or chopped parsley.
