Ingredients
- 4 flour wraps
- 90ml Goldcrest Tomato Garlic Chili Pesto
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 60ml olives, chopped
- 60ml fried red onion
- 20g rocket
Method
- To assemble the pinwheels.
- Spread the wrap with Goldcrest Tomato Garlic Chili Pesto
- Top with shredded chicken, chopped olives, fried red onion and rocket
- Next roll up the wrap to make a sausage, leaving the ends open.
- Slice the sausage into 2cm thick pinwheels and skewer with toothpicks to secure.
- Served on platter and garnish with micro herbs or chopped parsley.
