Chicken Noodle Stir Fry

  • For the chicken:
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

For the sauce:

  • 2 tbsp chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp GOLDCREST Pure Honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp corn starch

For the stir fry:

  • 4 baby bok choy
  • 1 cup baby corn
  • 1 cup sugar snaps
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 chillies, sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 blocks egg noodles, cooked and drained


  1. In a bowl combine the chicken, honey and soy sauce. Mix well and allow to marinade in the fridge for several hours.
  2. In a bowl combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well, set aside.
  3. In a wok (or large pan) on high heat, heat the avocado oil. Sear the chicken until just cooked and begins to turn golden brown. Add the bok choy, corn, sugar snaps and broccoli. Cook stirring until the vegetables are tender. Next add the chillies, ginger and garlic and cook for another 1-2 min.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the stirfry sauce along with the cooked noodles. Cook stirring constantly until the sauce has thickened and coats the noodles. Serve immediately.
