Ingredients
- 1 x 425 g can GOLDCREST cherries (do not drain)
- 30 ml sugar
- 90 ml vodka
- 1 lime sliced
- soda water
- Rosemary sprigs / basil
Puree the cherries, their syrup, sugar and vodka. Pour over crushed ice. Top up with soda and finish with a sprig of basil.
