Bruschetta with pesto and antipasti
Ingredients
- Sourdough or ciabatta bread, sliced
- Garlic
- Olive oil
Instructions
Rub the garlic over both sides of the sliced bread. Brush with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet and place under a heated grill. Grill until golden on one side. Turn over and grill on the other side. Serve with pesto and other antipasti ingredients.
