Ingredients
Pesto Pasta Salad
500g pasta screws
1 jar Goldcrest Basil Pesto
Salt and Pepper to taste
60g Greek Feta
½ cup halved Cherry tomatoes
1 cup Baby spinach
¼ cup Salad sprinkle
Method
- Cook the pasta al dente
- Place the basta into a bowl and stir in the Goldcrest Basil Pesto
- Season with salt and pepper
- Toss in the baby spinach and chopped cherry tomatoes
- Move the pasta salad into a serving dish
- Garnish with crumbled feta and salad sprinkle
