Blueberry & Honey Panna Cotta


  • ¼ cup Cold Water
  • 10g Gelatin
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp GOLDCREST Pure Honey
  • 1 can GOLDCREST Blueberries
  • Fresh Mint


Add gelatin to cold water. Combine cream, vanilla, and honey in a pan and bring to a simmer. Pour warm mixture over gelatin mixture and whisk well. Pour combined mixture into ramekins and allow to set in the fridge overnight. Serve with blueberries and fresh mint.
