  • 3 small bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 10 ml grated ginger
  • 45 ml SAFARI Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Honey and Ginger
  • 60 ml Goldcrest Lemon and Ginger Infused Pure Honey
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 500 ml frozen chunks of pineapple


Combine all the ingredients in a food blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
