Ingredients:
- 3 small bananas, peeled and frozen
- 10 ml grated ginger
- 45 ml SAFARI Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Honey and Ginger
- 60 ml Goldcrest Lemon and Ginger Infused Pure Honey
- 250 ml almond milk
- 500 ml frozen chunks of pineapple
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a food blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
