Mango Overnight Oats
- 3/4 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Tbsp chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut
- 2 Tbsp Yoghurt
- 2 tsp GOLDCREST honey
- 1 Cup Milk (or Milk alternative)
- 1 Tin GOLDCREST Mango Slices (chopped into pieces)
- Combine all the ingredients (except the mango pieces) together and place them in a jar/container in the fridge.
- Allow the mixture to stand overnight.
- Create layers of mango and oat mixture in jars or small glasses.
- Top with a little extra coconut
- Add extra milk if necessary.
