Lemon blueberry vodka spritzer
- 1 x 410 g can GOLDCREST blueberries drained but reserve the syrup and sweeten with 45 ml sugar
- 90 ml vodka
- lemon slices
- tonic water
Pour the vodka over the blueberries and leave to stand for 30 minutes. Drain the blueberries and add the drained vodka to the sweetened syrup. Pour vodka syrup mixture into tall glasses. Add ice, lemon slices, mint and blueberries. Top up with tonic and finish with a sprig of mint.
