Honey, Nut & Yoghurt Parfaits

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml plain double cream yoghurt
  • 125 ml GOLDCREST Honey
  • 250 ml granola
  • Any of the following fruit combinations:
  • Blueberries, raspberries and pistachios or almonds
  • Sliced strawberries and kiwi and pistachios and almonds
  • Sliced kiwi and mango and coconut flakes 
  • Extra GOLDCREST Pure Honey for drizzling

Method:

  1. Spoon the yoghurt into 4 small bowls or glasses.
  2. Drizzle the honey over.
  3. Top with granola and a fruit combination of your choice.
  4. Drizzle with more honey just before serving.
